The Tumin is a fresh cheese based on pasteurized cow's milk. With a compact, homogeneous structure, it presents a sweet taste, slightly sour, it is made from 100% Milk of the Piedmont region.  

Origin of milk: Italy

INGREDIENTS: milk, salt, rennet, preservative: potassium sorbate

HOW TO USE: for a perfect taste, it is advisable to consume the product - previously stored in the refrigerator - at room temperature.
