Sibilla
The Sibilla brand mainly identifies the Stretch-curd cheeses by Trevalli Cooperlat. The fresh mozzarella Sibilla is produced in Amandola (FM), in the very heart of the Sibillini Mountains National Park. It is a TSG product (Traditional Specialty Guaranteed) obtained from a traditional working process, through the use of whole fresh cow’s milk and natural autochthonous starter culture.
