Vegetalcrem for Cooking is the ideal vegetable fat-based alternative to garnish tortellini, ravioli, tagliatelle, to prepare escalopes and to boost the flavour in numerous first dishes and main courses. 

DENOMINATION: Preparation Based on Vegetable Fat long Shelf Life UHT

INGREDIENTS: water, totally hydrogenated vegetable fat (palm kernel, 23%), whey milk powder, buttermilk in powder, modified starch, thickeners: E415, E407, emulsifier: E471, salt. Gluten free, suitable for gluten intolerant people.

HOW TO USE: excellent as an ingredient for sauces, or to garnish first dishes and several other recipes. It is advisable to add it right before serving on side dishes. Delicious also on pizza.
