Hoplà Professional Dual Top 90/10 is a vegetable fat (90%) and dairy cream (10%) based product. It is sugarless, excellent both in confectionery and in gastronomy.
DENOMINATION: Preparation based on Vegetable Fat and Cream, UHT, Long Shelf-Life, for whipping and cooking.
INGREDIENTS: Water, totally hydrogenated fat (palm kernel, 31%), cream (10%,fat 40%), vegetable soluble fiber, milk protein, stabilizing agents: E420, E460, E339, E466, emulsifying agents: E472e, soy lecithin (E322), E472b, natural flavour, salt, colouring: E160a.
